  CS4 – wich is the best container to import footage

  I work on an animated short. The footage was shot, frame by frame, with a DSLR-Camera. All the .jpeg`s had been put together in an .mov (framesize 960×540). I imported it into CS4 for the final editing. It seems to me that it looses sharpness after exporting.
