  Premiere cs5 – strobing footage disappearing on export

  Hi Folks,

  Edited a music video, it’s all gone nicely, there’s a bit with the same camera move in two different locations, and in the edit there’s a short section where I switch between these two clips frame by frame. In the export, however, it just stays with the first clip. Less dramatic. This confuses me, because it works fine when I’ve done it again later in the video.

  The footage is 720p25 dvcproHD
  I am editing on a Macbook with a 2GHz Core 2 Duo, integrated graphics with 2.5G of ram
  I thought the sticking point might be that I only have a 5400rpm drive and it’s not fast enough to switch between the clips, but that is an ill-informed guess.

  I’m exporting to H.264, just in case it helps here’s a screenshot! Thankyou, internet.

  Decided to export the offending section to After effects, works fine.
