  Problem with Audio after update to 5.5

  Hello
  Half a year i change from fcp to premiere so i am a bit new. I work on a biger DokProjekt with 2500 files most of them canon (h264). I am running a new mac pro and everthing workd fine with premiere 5.0. Two days ago i update to 5.5 i have now both programm installt. Since i work with 5.5 there are some clips who lost the audio or the audio is out of sinc. When i get them new from the media browser to the projectwindow they work but the old clips or subclips are behavor strange and slow everything down. Because i spend allot of time in subclips and organising i don`t want to loose my assets and subclips. Have someone an idea what problem or what count going wrong with the update? Maybe the problem is of the huge and nativ canon material but it workd befor.
