  Suddenly can’t edit audio from Premiere Pro CS5 to Audition

  I use Premiere Pro CS5 and I have edited the audio in Audition before without any problems but just recently I reinstalled CS5 and now when I try to edit audio from Premiere in Audition the dialogue box appears saying Render and Replace but there is no progress and it just hangs there doing nothing. Any ideas or thoughts?
