  Imported clips gets squished?

  So I’m importing SD footage from a GL2 – all from the same tape and same TC and actually same interview.

  I end up with a clip or two outta 10 that have horizontally squished dimensions!

  Here’s the properties of two files – as you can see the dimensions are different for some weird reason!

  I’m not sure why this is happening but it’s happened a few times now – it also seems to crush the blacks a bit too at the same time…

  thoughts?

  I have been frustrated by this same problem. Capturing clips from same tape. I will check the Scene Detect Box and capture clips fine, but after looking at the clips in the project they have random sizes. They are supposed to be 720×480 but some are 873×480. I found a solution here.Interpret Footage Hope this was the answer you were after.
