    Hi there,

I have a load of of mastered 44.1 khz tracks which I have synced up to a live performance…filmed on a HVR Z5 and 2x Canon 7D’s. I have imported it into PPro onto a 1920×1080 48 khz sequence.

I have used plural eyes to sync everthing up and it seems to be fine. I then export a web version (h.264 mp4) ready to go onto Youtube and Vimeo

However my client is complaining that everything seems to be a little out of sync …he thinks the audio is ahead of the video?

However when I play the final exported video on my desktop…. exported at both 44.1 khz and another seperate video at 48 khz…they both seem to be fine to me and perfectly in sync.

I’m not too sure how else to check if they are in sync?

Also what should be the correct work flow with 44.1 khz audio tracks and 48khz video? apparently Premiere can deal with this pretty well?

    here is the final video
