Color Video Corrections
Is it possible to taking color settings for one video file and use them to make corrections to another video file? I recorded several dancers at a local competition this weekend. Unfortunately my camcorder settings were not right for the first two performances. I made the corrections and all of the other performances turned out fine. I would like to alter the first two to match the rest, but I didn’t know if there was a way to see how the others are set, and just using the same settings. The only items I changed was the white balance (from outside to inside) and exposure level (lowered just a little). Also, any suggestions on motion/camera stabilization after a video has been taken? You can select a clip in the timeline that already has the fx settings you want, then select a clip you want to have those setting and right click and choose “paste attributes.” This will allow you to select what you want to paste to the destination clip.

I think the question is indicating that there are shots with multiple camera settings that need to be adjusted.
The question is whether you can somehow cross-assign “results” instead of adjustment input.
Is the “Color Match” effect what answers the question?

Sounds to me like white balance was off. You can color correct for that, but it will be a bit tough unless you’ve got some experience with adjusting curves and such.

I am very new to Premiere Pro, but found a Youtube tutorial that showed how to adjust color/lighting settings, which gave me the idea that I may be able to alter my first 2 video clips to match the remaining 50. My question is if I have two videos taken at the same location within 15-30 min. of each other (having basically the same environmental influences), can I take the attributes of one and apply to the second and a near perfect match? I don’t know which tool(s)to start with to try this. One thing I’ve noticed when using Premiere Pro, is that when I try to review my changes within the program, it doesn’t playback very smoothly as compared to the tutorials I’ve seen, so I doubt I would be able to tell if my changes would be truly effective. Before taking a leap of faith that they might, I wanted to first find out if it was possible from you experts. Thanks.

White balance itself can be done with the eyedropper included in most PPro color correctors…
If you have some consistent ‘white’ referenced item in all the shots, you, probably get close, but you,d have to manually deploy it on every shot if the problems vary from shot to shot.
