  premiere Pro CS5 Quicktime Crashing

  I use the AJA Kona LHI card with Premiere Pro CS5 and Windows 7 64bit. When I record in the AJA quicktime DVCPro HD format, Premiere crashes after I record about 20 clips. It does this consistently. Anybody know why it is taking Adobe so long to fix this issue?

  It appears that this issue is triggered by the conforming of audio. If you can capture in an audio format that doesn’t need to be conformed (such as uncompressed audio), you should be able to work around this. We’re working with AJA on a fix.
