    Hi,

A few years ago I produced a video for a client in DVCam format (720×480, 4:3).
Now he asked me this same video recorded on a XDCAM disk, but in XDCAM-SD format with the specs: IMX MXF Op1a, MPEG-2, 50 Mbps.

How I can export in this format in CS5?

I have a PDW-U1 XDCam drive recorder but I’m not sure how I should burn this format on disk.

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers,
    Allby

The Premiere Pro CS5 (5.0.2) update added the ability to export to the MXF Op1a MPEG-2 format. It shows up as ‘MPEG2 MXF’ in the Format menu when you export.

That’s what this line in the release notes refers to:
“Premiere Pro CS5 (5.0.2) can export MXF files containing MPEG-2 essence items that comply with the XDCAM HD format used by such systems as Avid Unity. The standalone Adobe Media Encoder can also export files in this format.”

I can not in any way make 4 channels of mono audio when I export are only 2 channels with mono audio and the other 2 channels without audio. Use the premiere cs6
