    Hi all,

Seemingly, out of nowhere, Premiere CS5 has started crashing on me, after working for only about 10-15 minutes. I have done a reinstall, updated drivers (nvidia gt220 card, wacom tablet) and read through forums on the issue, but it really doesn’t seem like anyone else has had this problem. I also ran a registry fix up as a last resort, but still nothing. The good people at the windows forum said that this was an Adobe coding issue.

After looking at my event viewer I found the log for the error which I have posted below. If anyone is able to help me I would really appreciate it. Needless to say, this is slowing me down considerably.

    Thanks,
    Adam

    Hello Adam,

Can you tell me when this happens, what are you doing at that time? I think I know what the cause is. Are you using nested sequences?

    Hi Leo,

No nesting sequences here. I’m making selects at this point, so it’s a lot of scrubbing, inserting markers, etc. Really nothing all that taxing from what I can tell.

    Thanks,
    Adam

    Hello,

Can you have your machine connected to the Internet then remove and install the latest Cineform?

    Hi Leo,

Thanks for your response. I did this yesterday, and it really didn’t help. I did a complete uninstall of of Neo Scene, then reinstalled it.

    Adam
