  Wth restarted and everything… all my titles open like this now!?

  What is you windows desktop mode?

  Spanned or Dual View.

  (if the premiere Pro splash comes up across the bezel then it’s spanned)

  quit PPro, change it to Dual.

  Re-open…

  Note that this may result in video playback on inly one monitor (if your using a ATI card).

  fixed by reset workspace…..
