  Premiere CS4 Exports only Audio

  I have been having some problems with exporting a video with Premiere/Media Encoder CS4. It is a .mov 720 by 480 (widescreen) file. (I have tried others and they did not work either) The sequence settings match that. When I export to certain formats, for example Quicktime it only exports the audio, no video. Other formats (H.264) work fine. Here are some screenshots:

  Are you running the correct version of QuickTime? We can’t see your problem.
