  Vibrant transitions and effects to add to still images

  Hi,
  Hope you can help. I’m looking for advice on where to find some vibrant effects/transitions that will bring still images to life.
  I found an excellent website around a year ago that offered great motion around still images but typicallyd din’t bookmark it then.

  Any help would be greatfully appreciated
