Hello. I am encoding Xvid (MPEG-4) (XVID) video to H.264 F4V 720p (one of Adobe Media Encoder’s preset profile).

When I see the output, the quaility is great but the motion seems little awkward. I am not a native English speaker so I am not sure how to say this but the motion seems little slow. (Lets say a bus moves across the screen, and in the original the bus moves really smoothly as it is in real life. But in the encoded video, the bus is moving but I feel like there are some dropped frames or skipped frames. The motion is just not smooth as it is on source video. )

Is there any settings that I should worry about?

(I have installed k-lite codec to decode the Xvid source video)

    Thank you
