I’m exporting video from CS4 Premiere to Media Encoder for encoding to h.264 for delivery to Ooyala and final encoding to flash (H.264 is Ooyala’s preferred format). But the H.264 encoded video doesn’t start with a key frame, so the final flash video is garbage for the first couple of frames. Any idea how I can fix this? (Also asked question in Compression Forum).

    Thanks,

What format (codec) is your source video?

Seems unrelated to original footage. One video started with an .avi render from AE over a .mov – motion jpeg, another was captured HDV footage, others imported .mov HDV 720p30.
