Trouble with playback on transitions.
I am having trouble with my playback being smooth in the transitions. Is there certain export codecs/settings that work best for web playback? How can you fine tune your transitions for better playback? The rest of the playback is smooth except for the transitions. Any tips would be appreciated.

The reason this happens is because compression depends on similarity between frames. In a transition, every frame is different and you see compression at its worse.
You can try decreasing keyframe intervals, or increasing the bit rate, but obviously both will affect the file size.
