  help with best settings to export video in cs4 so it plays back smoothly

  I completed a video and it does not play back smoothly, especially in the transitions. How important are the export settings? Could the quality of the camcorder cause this? Any thoughts would be helpful.

  All depends: what is the source, what are your project settings, what are your export settings.
  Best to make a screendump.
