CS4 palyback
Hello,Please bear with me. Just installed pro cs4 and updated to 4.2. Downloaded neoscene and converted several files I had to try it out in cs4, including the recommended audio ac3. When I attempt to play a clip nothing happens. square icon becomes an arrow for a millisecond. I can navigate through the shot with the ‘step-forward’ command but not play the clip. Before I updated to 4.2 i was able to play the original 5D file as is (quality wasnt good, but at least i moved) now nothing. I assume that being new to the program it is most likely a simple oversight on my part but looking on the net is like searching for a needle in a hay-stack. Seems most the people on this forum have worked through most the issues, so any insight or suggestions is appreciated!! :dance:

Check your sequence settings to make sure they match the properties of your source video.

Hey Mike thanks for the response. All I needed was a fresh install!! Everything is working fine, I re-updated to 4.1 and am hesitant to update to 4.2 because I read where another user was having issues with it and neoscene. Any recommendations for PrPro training and tutorials?
