  trouble exporting HD footage back to film

  I have made a 15 minute movie using CS4 elements filmed on a sonyHD camera, imported to a new and empty sony vaio laptop, loads of ram and memory. When I try to export it back to the camera it transcodes and records but the resulting film which plays fine on the computer pauses and stalls on playback through the camera. Can anyone help? I donethis process in the past with premiere pro 2 sucsessfully. It then started to happen with pro 2 I thought it was the previous computer being too full but it is now happening with CS4 too. Camera recently sent back to sony for repair so should be okay ?? Any help very much appreciated.
