  Premier Pro CS3 project bar footage gone shaky

  Hi,

  I was working on my project yesterday and have captured all the footage into my project bar.

  I went to bed last night and when I have come back to the computer today all the footage in the timeline is fine but all the footage in the project bar has gone really shaky like I was filming in an earthquake. When I move it to the timeline it stays the same.

  Please can someone help
