  how to convert 720p hd to miniDV tape?

  hello,

  i need to send a miniDV [PAL] tape to a film festival. i have filmed the clip with a nikon d90 video [720p hd].

  what is the best way of doing the process? [terms of quality]

  Drop it into a dv timeline and export to tape.
