  Video looks “milky”

  All of a sudden my transcodes in Premier Pro 2.0 (CS2) using the built-in export to DVD function is producing video that looks “milky,” like the gamma is too high, or that the saturation is too low. Not sure. Any ideas? Is this a setting possibly?
