    Is this possible in dear Adobe Premiere Pro? To Control tone or pitch of a selected voice preforming? Such as increasing the melody of certain part, you would just have to use the effect provided and change the perimeters?

    Not directly…

    However PPro does support VST audio plug-in architecture.

    Perhaps there is an Effect you can add.

    Like Alex mentioned not directly, particularly if there are multiple voices, they tend to overlap and mix, you might be able to do some adj if they are maybe male and female by using spectrum analysis methods and or bandpass filtering, but best way is to capture individual voices to seperate channels in a multitrack recording enviroment then adj before mixdown
