  how do i get this video effect? (example included)

  in that video, i was wondering how you get the streaks that follow the highlights in this footage?

  maybe its an effect in After Effects?

  im using cs3 and cs4.

  This tutorial might help you a bit

  That should add the streaks that you want. (or, something like it)
