  Unknown big circle appeares in my project

  Hello everyone .

  I am using adobe premiere cs4 and magic bullet .
  I exported my project with using DV-Pal codec and in quicktime format and there is a big circle with noise appeared in my video . I used Canon xl2.

  And what is the best codec for the highest quality ?

  Are you exporting back to tape?

  No . i am exporting as mov file .

  I don’t own Magic Bullet, but it sounds like an artifact created by an unregistered or demo plugin. Does it happen with Magic Bullet disabled?
