  Adobe Premiere CS3 Multi Cam Edit issue

  Hi All,

  Just having a slight issue that i can’t resolve myself with multi camera mode.

  When i do all it says and move to the new sequence to multi camera edit, everything works fine except….

  Whichever video i had in first, the audio always stays with that video when i switch between them.
  Example. Multi camera mode, Video A runs, i then switch to Video B, but the audio from A is still running.

  I have tried all i can with the “mixing the audio” stuff in the tutorials and help, but i can’t seem to work it out.

  Could it be something simple i am missing?

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  In the upper right corner of the Multicam window is a wing menu…choose “Audio Follows video”

  Hi Mike,

  Thanks for that, i had tried that in the past, and it didn’t make a difference.

  i have though in the past little while found the answer. It was as simple as pressing enter and rendering the audio.

  I find it amazing that Adobe write a bit essay in their help file about Multi Cam editing and getting the audio right, when it can be summed up as easy as, “before you start, press enter…..”

  I found that when multicam enabled, only the first track comes over. When I’m done mixing the 2 audio tracks in the source sequence all I have to do is ‘un’ enable multicam in the multicam sequence and export the movie. both tracks are there mixed as I wanted. Didn’t render first.
