  Greyscale with colored spots

  Ok…here it goes:
  I want to import a homemade movie into adobe premiere cs4 and lay it out in greyscale,but with some colors in certain places/objects.
  We see this often in tv series (like Cold case)…the frame is in greyscale,but the shoes and the tie on the person in the frame is colored red. Is this possible in premiere or do i have to use after effects as well?
  And most important…how?

  AE all the way for the fx shots. The edit should be done in Premiere of course.
