  Exported clip is not true white?!

  Hi
  I am trying to export solid white (255.255.255) matte from the Premiere Pro 4.1 but the exported clip always turn gray (235.235.235) Please tell me what to do to fix this problem. Thanks~

  Use Photoshop. Premiere uses ITU-601 (SD) or ITU-709 (HD) color gamuts:
