I am a new beginner. trying to learn video editing from the scratch. Please can someone tell where to buy creativity? I long to be a video editing and 3D animation wizard.

    Practice. A lot.
Do every tutorial of every piece of software you have. Even the “stupid” ones. Do any kind of work you can get for people who know more that you do.
    Practice more.
Expect to do this for 5 – 10 years. Then you’ll have something.

Start watching professional videos and movies with an editor’s eye.

Pay attention to when cuts are made, how fast those cuts are made, what angles are chosen, the composition inside the frame (backgrounds, objects and talents placement, colors used, etc.)

Once you have the basics down, you can add your own touch of creativity and break any rule you like.

Other people have said some of these things – they are right:

Watch good movies (repeatedly) and understand why the editors cut as they did. Ben-Hur, Citizen Kane, Ugetsu, Rules of the Game, just to name a few. Editing is telling a story effectively. These movies do that as well as anyone ever has.

Learn your tools. Edit package, After Effects, your animation program of choice. You may not be doing all of it yourself, but you need to understand them well enough to be able to communicate with others on projects.

Shoot stuff and cut it, even if it’s just for yourself – editing makes people better shooters, shooting makes people better editors.

Don’t forget the importance of sound. Then – cut something so it makes sense without sound. Or graphics.

    Learn Photoshop.

Love it George. Doesn’t feel quite like a real query, somehow, does it …

I could be wrong tho, and request forgiveness if so.

The part about buying some creativity was a clue. Heck, I would buy some if the price was right.
