  How do I do Picture Transitions to a selected beat/rythym within the music?

  Hello All, I am brand new to the Premiere Pro program and I would like to know how to take all of my pictures and put them into a slide show where each picture will transition at a selected beat within the choosen music. I do know that the transition will decrease and increase in relation to the speed/ tempo of the song. this is ok as each set of pictures were taken in sequence of each other. Any assistance and advise is greatly appreciated! Thank you all and I look forward to the assistance that I will get.
