  NTSC capture problem

  H,
  I have adobe premiere pro CS3. I am capturing a mini dv which is recorded in NTSC format thru a 3 ccd handy cam thru firewire. the video and audio is playing perfect in camera. but I am not able to see it(& capture it) in the capture window though it’s syncing the time-code & J,K,l.
