Very Poor Quality Video
Greetings:
I purchased an EX-1 a few months ago and I’m still getting familiar with it. I’ve created a few videos, but they all seem to have pretty poor quality. I’m trying to rule out whether it’s the camera settings or software settings, and I’m having zero luck thus far. The video’s I created are really blurry and grainy. They look like the quality of a regular handy cam.
I have a new Mac Pro that’s running CS4. These are my settings that I used with the camera and software:
Camera:
HQ 1080/60i
Shutter speed 1/120
Frame Rec: # of frames: 1Software: DV-NTSC Standard 48khz
I import the .mp4’s directly from the Sony SXS card and Sony HDD.
When I export to media, the export settings are at:
Format: Quicktime
Preset: CustomSummary:
720×480, 29.97 (fps), Lower, Quality 100 (<-- I have no idea how to change the quality) 48000 Hz, Stereo, 16 bit DV/DVCPRO - NTSC Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
