  “Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 has stopped working” when creating new Project

  Whenever I try to create a new Project, the program crashes with a “Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 has stopped working” message.

  Any ideas?

  Are you using Panda Anti Virus on this machine?
