  help to flood fill a character

  How is it best to flood fill a chroma keyed video based actor so it is black and has a white outline?

  im planning on filming an actor using a green screen then removing the background using premiere. Once this is done i’d like to flood fill the actor with black and set him with a white outline (ideally sketchy rather than smooth edged). How is this best done? and with which programs?

  Track matte. After Effects (or Premiere if you happen to have a Matrox card with the bundled effects package).
