  Premiere Pro CS3 crashes when importing clip

  I record worship services using a Black Magic intensity card and Premiere Pro CS3 to 720p MJPEG files. Usually this works with no problem.
  However, sometimes, when loading the recorded clip back into Premiere, right after it finishes “Generating Peak File” Premiere crashes. The file will play fine in WMP, but I can’t do anything with it in Premiere. It’s almost like there’s an error at the very end of the file that Premiere can’t handle.

  Anyone ever come across anything like this? Any thoughts on how I can fix it?
