  Editing sound

  I just imported sound and I would like to gradually fade off and for the other sound layer, I would like to be fade in. Can I do this in after effects or should I go to sound editing program?

  keyframe the db from 0 to like -65.

  Get sound forge if you really want to get some good audio.
