  Inserting red frames?

  Hi,

  Im just wondering if anyone has had any trouble with premiere inserting ‘red frames’ into the video, causing timecode and major sync issues. Im using HDV (50i) footage. from a sony z1p.

  I capture my tapes as one long individual file is this the problem? eg one tape one file usually about 10Gb.
