I use the adobe premiere pro 2.0 version for editing my movies. Later to make a DVD, I export the final movie to Adobe Media Encoder and use the following settings:
    Format: MPEG2-DVD
    Range: Entire Sequence
    Preset: Custom
    TV Standard: PAL
    Frame Width: 720
    Frame height: 576
    Frame rate: 25
    Field Order: Lower
    Pixel Aspect Ratio: 4:3
But when I click OK, a message pops up and says “Preset Error File I/O open error” and I am not able to make DVDs. Could someone correct me?
Thanking you in advance for taking out time for me.

The error seems to indicate that PPro is having a problem reading its preset files.

Can you successfully export to any other format using AME?

    Cheers
    Eddie
