  Premiere Pro cs3 and 4 takes a while to load up projects

  Whenever I have a project that has a decent amount of files in it, say some HDV footage or some folders of information, Premiere Pro takes a while to load up the project, almost as long as a minute. Is there any way to prevent this and just have the projet files load up quickly or at least quicker?
