    which method should be used to bring some light into video using Adobe premeire pro 2

    1. By increasing Brightness/Contrast
    or
    2. By using OMNI effect….

    or let me know if there is any other way

    Levels is my favorite.

    I would agree that using “Levels” will help you create a better result than “Brightness.” If the video is shot under-exposed, the “Gamma” or mid range adjustments will really have the greatest effect.
