  General Question Re : Content Distribution

  Experts…

  I have a large number of geographically dispersed locations that will be viewing my training videos.

  Any general tips on the best format to distribute the content in? The technical environment I’m sending content on DVD to will have PCs/Windows Media Player and users with limited technical knowledge.

  Is there for instance any ‘options’ or programs that overcome the dreaded missing codecs issues? Anything that allows you to ‘package’ content into a .exe file that holds everything needed to play the content?

  I have tried all the options in CS3 and Camtasia (the latter has this feature but still fails if the codecs are not installed on the target PC.

  How about distributing as a stand-alone Flash Player application.
