    I had no trouble creating the slideshow with transitions and audio BUT when I burned to dvd the picture came out the same as the one on the “monitor” workspace- meaning it only shows about 20% of any given photo. That and the pixels jumped with the beat of the audio. Any advice on what I did wrong and what I can do to fix it?

    you will always (or should be) exporting what you see in the program monitor. If it is zoomed in there it will export out that way. It sounds like you want the photos to fit to the screen size based on their shape. Eg: a landscape photo to fit as wide as it can go without being stretched and as tall with a profile shot. You need to select the clips in the timeline that you want this to affect and right click on it (or them if they are all selected as a group/s). Select from the drop down list “Scale to Frame Size”. This can be turned on to automatically do it to anything added to the timeline in the Edit>Preferences…
