  How do I get a photo to take up the whole screen?

  I have tried dragging a pic into the timeline above a video but it only take up 60% of the screen.I have tried cropping the pic and then zoom but that doesnt seem to help.

  It doesn’t help? You mean it doesn’t get bigger? Are you using the scale property of the Motion effect?
