I have alot of projects where i shoot 1+ hours of footage. I need to break that footage up into 40 – 80 pieces (individual AVIs). I go through and Splice where i need the breaks to be.

Currently I have to move the “Work Area Bar” over each clip in the timeline and export each individauly.

    This of course takes time.

I would like to be able to get all the individual clips out with one process. I do not care how they are named. Just that i have individual AVI files that i can then compress to FLVs in Squeeze.

    Any ideas?

I would suggest you use AE to setup the clips you’ve cut as single clips into seperated COMPS and use the Render Cueue with a preset for FLV that is set as the default. Set up one and have the where its saving to done, then select the remainder Comps (I’d put them into a Folder) drag them into the Render Cueue. Render Overnight. Each with have an assigned name based on the Comp name.
