  Hi Quality Video Export for Web

  Hello, I am currently using Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 to edit and export video for the web. I have a client that wants the videos the be as crisp and clear and have the ability to resize like those on KCM.org.

  If you go here https://www.kcm.org/index.php?p=home and then click on the link at the bottom of the page to see a featured broadcast. How do I export in the different formats provided and get it to look that good!?

  Those WMV examples are very large. If they’ve exported using Adobe
  Media Encoder (AME) then they probably didn’t bother optimising it for
  Web and just went with the full-screen preset. The WMVs aren’t
  embedded for streaming making the whole process very constrictive.

  I gave up waiting for the WMVs to download and streamed the
  ASX version instead.

  I think you’ll find that, using AME/WMV 9/1024K preset, a 300 x
  300-ish dimension file will go full-screen without too much loss.
  You’ll need to experiment with bitrate settings, though. If I still
  have my ‘custom’ preset saved, I’ll send them to you.

  I speak from experience — this is how ourselves and directors
  used to asset manage when working on (for example) music video
  edits. Since then we’ve moved on to CS3/Flash.
  https://www.hullfc.tv is one of our clients. Not the best quality,
  but quality v. bandwidth will be perennial issue until everyone’s
  using super-broadband.

  Thanks for responding! I didn’t even think about using the full screen resolution for the web….I was just thinking of web versions. I will definitely give that a try.
