  News type logo and ticker-How do I do this.

  For a friend’s suprise birthday I am looking to make up something like a news type logo in a box with 2 colours and also a “breaking news”ticker tape running across the bottom.I have found a few templates for the ticker tape but nothing seems particularly “news style”.Could somebody possibly advise how to do the box and also if you have any advice on templates for the ticker tape.
  This would be very much appreciated.
