  HDV downloading on Adobe Premire Pro CS2

  hey guys

  i just bought a new version of adobe premiere cs2. when i try to capture the video from my sony hdv camera it wont let me preview the clip – it just comes up with a message ‘previewing on camera’ . however the clips seem to be download fine of the tape onto the computer – it just that it wont let me preview when i am capturing.

  also on top of all this it wont let me use the ‘scene detect’ feature

  any ideas ?

  Both are Adobe limitations and fully documented.
