I’m currently using Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 and Encore DVD 2.0 to create DVD’s for my client, but I noticed that when I play the finished product on a regular TV, but the picture quality loses the brightness, contrast and saturation that I measured with the YC waveform and vector scope in Premiere Pro. When I make the DVD directly from Premiere I notice the difference even though its not that bad. But if I need to create a custom menu in Encore, I know the colors won’t look the way it should. Help!

How are you monitoring your image while editing? i.e., do you have an “external” video monitor?
