  PPro playback freezes but audio continues

  Out of nowhere (no windows updates or adobe updates) our PPro3 will not play video to the reference monitor, but the audio will play normally.

  If you scrub the timeline it plays, or use the arrow keys, but not the J-K-L or spacebar (for video).

  No new installs, no hardware changes.
