Shortcut – make sequence from clip?
Hi all,
I was wondering if there’s a quick way in PPro to make a sequence from a clip in your bin? Ideally I want to be able to just use a key shortcut to make a sequence based on the clip’s attributes, including clip name, etc. Like when you make a new comp from a clip in After Effects.
Is there any way to do this? It’s mainly for quicker workflwo for making MPEGs via Media Encoder.
Currently I have to drag the clip into an open sequence, reset the work area to fit and then copy+paste the clip name from the bin to the output filename in the encoder.
Obviously batch encoding would be great in the AME, but that’s just a pipedream!
Thanks for any advice.
